The Pharmacy Clerk plays a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations through prescription processing, customer assistance, and accurate data entry. Working closely with a small team and reporting to the pharmacist, the clerk ensures efficient service and clear communication within the pharmacy. This entry-level position provides a foundational opportunity with prospects for growth into a Pharmacy Technician role.
Responsibilities
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries and transactions
- Enter data and maintain accurate records
- Handle cash transactions securely
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
