You're the advisor clients trust to guide them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and the partner real estate professionals want on their team. What You’ll Do Originate Loans by managing personal production pipeline (sourcing and closing loans) and managing the team pipeline of loans. Coaching existing Regional LO’s to assist them in achieving their top potential within the Company Recruiting LO candidates for the Region Onboarding new LO candidates, including training in the Company’s sales culture and disciplines and coaching to assist them in achieving their top potential within the Company Assisting the Regional with production and support strategies What You’ll Need To Be Successful Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) Safe License is required 5 years supervisory OR 2+ years of management experience Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style Proficient in Sales Creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly communicate Must be appropriately licensed by the applicable regulator in each state in which he/she does licensable activities Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) What To Do Next If you're reading this and thinking "this is exactly the kind of company I want to build my career with," don't wait.
