JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations with proper documentation Analyze Product Support financial results, perform variance analysis, and explain key drivers, trends, and anomalies Maintain and reconcile Product Support–related accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit-ready documentation Assist with expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls Prepare supporting schedules and reports for management review, partnering with the Accounting Manager on adjustments and inquiries Ensure adherence to internal controls, elevate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records within the ERP system Collaborate cross-functionally, respond to internal inquiries, and provide backup support to ensure continuity across accounting functions

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
