About the Position

Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: RN License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: TNCC must be obtained by start date ENPC must be obtained by start date ACLS and BLS certifications required Description: CONTRACT - RN - Emergency Department - 13 weeks - Night Shift. Nights and weekends will rotate. No call required. Unit has a total of 32+ beds and approximately 117 staff members. Patient ratios are 4:1. Equipment used is EMR Meditech. Successful candidates will be great team players and anticipate the needs of patients and the department. Dress code includes navy blue scrubs and a navy blue zip-up sweater. Pull-over sweatshirts are not acceptable attire. Typical procedures performed include LP, intubations, TNK, lac repairs, suture removal, and splinting.
