Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable, and ensure timely collection of payments. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Collections
Assist with accounts receivable aging reports
- Follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone
- Document collection efforts and customer communication
- Escalate delinquent accounts when appropriate
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in collections, or accounts receivable (preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organization
