Cell phone reimbursement plan Top‑tier training + internal growth opportunities Hybrid/flexible scheduling earned with tenure + performance Our Sales Recruiters: Ideally have 1-3 years related recruiting experience; Bachelor's degree, or an equivalence of education + experience Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where goals, activity, and results matter Have a competitive mindset and enjoy the challenge of identifying, engaging, and securing top sales talent Build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers through strong communication and collaboration skills Are proactive and resourceful, using multiple channels to uncover talent Have a deep understanding of the company and our career opportunities in order to effectively promote GMS as a top workplace Take ownership of the full recruiting cycle and is motivated by contributing directly to the growth and success of GMS What You’ll Do: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals across GMS Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, career fairs, and other networking events Conduct the full sales recruiting cycle from the initial outreach, screening, scheduling of interviews, and job offer letter process Consistently achieve recruiting performance metrics, including maintaining a healthy screen-to-hire conversion rate Manage, track, and maintain an active candidate pipeline, ensuring accurate candidate status updates and consistent follow up Coordinate background checks and assist with pre-employment hiring activities Partner closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and develop talent pipelines Promote GMS and communicate our value proposition to prospective candidates throughout the recruiting process Recommend and implement creative recruiting strategies that improve candidate quality, hiring effectiveness, and talent retention Support additional recruiting initiatives and talent acquisition projects as needed Why GMS?
