Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist & HR Support professional to join our clients team. This role is ideal for someone with early-career experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources who enjoys connecting candidates with opportunities and supporting various HR initiatives. The Recruitment Specialist & HR Support professional will assist with recruiting activities, candidate management, onboarding support, and general HR administration. This position provides an opportunity to develop recruiting expertise while gaining exposure to a variety of human resources functions. Key Responsibilities Create and post job advertisements across various recruiting channels. Develop and maintain job descriptions and position requirements. Source and identify qualified candidates through online platforms, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate candidate communications and interview scheduling. Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records. Support the hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance. Track recruiting activity and provide status updates as needed. HR Support Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation. Support the creation and maintenance of HR forms, policies, and employment-related documents. Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR processes. Help improve recruiting, onboarding, and HR administrative processes. Support special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned. Administrative & Relationship Management Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. Build positive working relationships throughout the hiring process. Provide timely and responsive support while managing multiple priorities. Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of personnel information. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Success in This Role Consistently attracting and identifying qualified candidates.
