Job Description Inova Center for Personalized Health - Fairfax is looking for a dedicated Senior Manager for Continuous Improvement to join the team. Senior Manager Continuous Improvement Job Responsibilities Oversees assigned department or functional area to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing performance of team members, and delegating tasks. Oversees and leads independent analyses on key organizational clinical, financial, and operational indicators. Interprets complex data and converts it to useful information to drive performance improvement. May perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Experience - 8 years of experience Education - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree) Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Experience leading enterprise-level performance improvement initiatives focused on complex organizational priorities. Demonstrated success delivering measurable outcomes, such as reductions in cycle time, improved operational performance, quality improvement, or significant cost savings. Strong preference for candidates whose resume reflects objective, quantified results across prior improvement work. Prior people leadership experience, including direct management, team development, coaching, and mentorship. Experience leading teams or stakeholders through large-scale, impactful change. Experience in healthcare operations strongly preferred. Background in engineering or a related analytical/problem-solving discipline preferred. Candidates with a non-clinical background and healthcare industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
