Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work in a remote setting associated with our community health clinic. This innovative approach allows for flexibility in your schedule while facilitating a supportive team atmosphere. Your typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose various mental health conditions by conducting thorough clinical interviews and utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly track and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic interventions as needed.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, facilitating access to community resources and support services.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and community outreach workers to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Stay informed of current mental health trends, policies, and best practices through continued professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of adults and senior citizens facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. The role will enable you to create meaningful connections with clients, providing them with tools and techniques to navigate their mental health journeys successfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• Exceptional clinical judgment and communication skills to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a community health or outpatient setting.

• Previous experience working with senior populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
