This position allows you to work remotely while engaging directly with our Detox Center's clientele through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources in a virtual setting.

• Provide tailored individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that set meaningful goals and define interventions suited to each client.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and effective risk assessment techniques, crafting safety plans as needed to support clients through emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, facilitate psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance community and peer support.

You will focus on a diverse clientele at the Detox Center, including individuals facing mental health challenges compounded by substance use disorders. Many of these clients may be experiencing acute mental health crises, requiring specialized interventions that prioritize both safety and wellness. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be critical in ensuring that they feel supported throughout their treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a proven track record of effective clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
