Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Westside Psychotherapy Services, you will:

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for clients seeking outpatient care through secure video conferencing platforms.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and relational needs, followed by creating personalized treatment plans tailored to specific goals and challenges.

• Employ family systems theory and various systemic interventions to address complex relationship dynamics and communication patterns, guiding families in enhancing their interactions.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and families during stressful situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to the highest legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping methods to improve their relational and emotional health.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists to deliver a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in continuous education and training to stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices within the field of marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for success in this position:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
