We are actively seeking experienced Debt Collection Agents to join our team at Compass Recovery Group.
Do not apply unless you have at least 1 year of recent collections experience
Responsibilities Include:
- Contacting consumers regarding past-due accounts.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements.
- Maintaining compliance with FDCPA and company policies.
- Accurately updating account information and call notes.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of direct experience in consumer or commercial collections (Required).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly goals.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (FDCPA, TCPA).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base pay + commission structure.

We have a significant inventory of accounts, with direct flows of multiple types of accounts ranging from retail credit card, credit card and installment loans.
