What you’ll do:

Speak with customers regarding past-due accounts
Set up payment plans that work for them
Help resolve balances in a professional and respectful way

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills
Comfortable talking on the phone
Reliable and motivated to earn bonuses
No experience required – we provide training

This is a performance-based role with real earning potential for motivated individuals.
