Express Employment of St. Croix Falls has partnered with a company in Osceola who is looking for a Punch Press Operator. For this position candidates will be running mechanical and hydraulic punch presses. Hours for this position are from 5am-3pm Mon-Thu for 1st shift, and 3pm to 1am Mon-Thu for 2nd shift. Pay is up to $23/hr based on experience.
Job Duties:
- Operate stamping press efficiently and effectively.
- Run single stroke coil operations.
- Clean and maintain press operations.
- Maintain equipment using appropriate lubricants.
- Stop production when quality issues are detected.
- Complete paperwork.
- Perform quality checks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Expected to meet 70% productivity standards.
- Ability to adhere to company attendance policies.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Basic math skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good manual dexterity.
