2nd Shift Production Supervisor

2nd Shift Production Supervisor We are seeking a production supervisor for the day shift running Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervision of hourly employees and scheduling of labor Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met. Ensures that all equipment and material necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations. Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by management Qualifications: A strong plant operations and supervisory background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and/or 3-5 years of related experience is required. Minimum High School diploma, with (2) years college strongly preferred. Hours of Work: Normally 40 - 45 hours a week is required with overtime as needed.
