As a Business Experience Plan & Administration Specialist Senior within PNC's Tech Resource Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Business Experience Plan & Administration Specialist Senior plays a critical role in shaping high-quality business and employee experiences by providing advanced administrative support, operational planning, and experience-driven process improvement. This role partners closely with leadership and cross functional teams to design, execute, and continuously improve business experience plans while managing complex administrative functions with a high degree of independence and judgment. You will be expected to operate as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and experience across programs, meetings, communications, and operational workflows.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
• Background in employee experience, business operations, program management, or corporate events.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Planner, Smartsheet, Asana).
• Experience with process improvement or Lean methodologies.
