Our agency opened in October 2025 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong culture and delivering great service to our customers. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable hands-on experience and a clear vision for the kind of office I wanted to create. I attended the University of Arkansas and am a big Razorbacks football fan. Im married with a son, and most of my family lives nearby, so staying connected to the community is important to me. We stay involved locally by participating in back-to-school events each July and August, and we have plans to expand our community involvement even more as we grow. Our team enjoys extra PTO opportunities, a full one-hour lunch break, team outings, free coffee and water, free snacks, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chandler Tolbert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
