Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) | On-Site - Encinitas

The firm works with developers, homeowners, contractors, insurance firms, educational institutions, and legal professionals to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions. Role Overview We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and leadership team. This role helps manage operations, coordinate client communication, and support project workflows in a fast‑paced environment. Schedule: Part‑time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Location: Fully on‑site in Encinitas, CA . Key Responsibilities Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and travel Maintain client communications and records in Outlook, Monday, and Pipedrive Assist with proposals, reports, presentations, and RFP responses Research bid opportunities and support client outreach Coordinate office operations, events, and supplies Support project intake and close‑out processes Qualifications Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills Comfortable with CRM tools (Monday, Pipedrive, or similar) Ability to work independently with discretion and initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr A7 Group, Inc.
