Twin City Staffing is seeking a quality manager for a leading facility in the Blaine, MN area! Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $95,000 – $110,000/year | Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday (Overtime on Fridays) Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Duties of the quality manager:

• Manage incoming, set-up, in-process, and final inspections
• Program and complete CMM inspections
• Conduct first article inspections (FAI) for new parts
• Lead change management and MRB programs
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs
• Manage shipment documentation and records
• Maintain lot traceability and segregate discrepant parts
• Monitor process capability and SPC charts

Requirements of the quality manager:

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced GD&T and mechanical print reading skills
• Experience in ISO9001, AS9102, or similar environments
• Skill in performing and interpreting GR&R studies
• Knowledge of process capability and SPC
• Professional certification (ASQ or similar)
