Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, enabling a seamless therapeutic experience for clients.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting strategies to meet clients' evolving needs and ensuring measurable progress.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, clinical social workers, and primary care physicians, to create comprehensive intervention plans.

• Regularly follow up with referring physicians and healthcare providers regarding clients who may have been hospitalized, ensuring continuity of care and effective recovery strategies.

• Proactively identify potential behavioral concerns and implement strategies to mitigate obstacles to recovery.

• Assist and guide family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing their loved ones' mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required for this role.
