Production Support Analyst

We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join the Operations team, supporting over 70 applications and 4 DOS missions. What You Will Do Monitor production applications, scheduled jobs, and the incident management ticketing system (ServiceNow). Receive, analyze, and troubleshoot complex incidents and service requests escalated from Tier I and Tier II support teams.
