HR Addition s has a client that is seeking a Senior Benefits Administrator to support the administration of health, retirement, and leave programs across a growing multi-company organization. This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex benefits issues and partners closely with HR, Payroll, Shared Services, and external vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, and employee-focused benefits delivery.

Position: Senior Benefits Administrator
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid, 4 days in office)
Salary: $110,000 - $115,000 + 10% Bonus

Main Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex benefits, 401(k), and leave of absence issues.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Support FMLA, ADA, disability, and state leave programs.
• Lead operational activities for annual open enrollment.
• Manage 401(k) eligibility, contributions, corrections, and audits.
• Partner with Payroll on deductions, taxation, and reconciliations.
• Support benefits integration for newly acquired companies.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and other regulations.
• Work with carriers, brokers, and vendors to maintain efficient program administration.
• Identify process improvements and support benefits technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of benefits administration experience in a multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of health & welfare plans, retirement plans, and leave administration.
• Experience resolving complex benefits issues.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA compliance.
• Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, Dayforce, Oracle, or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
• CEBS, CBP, or related certification preferred.
• M&A benefits integration experience is a plus.
