Job Description: Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers, and the Logistics Team, in the management of complex technical security system projects. Work Location: Alexandria, VA and Sterling, VA (as needed) Citizenship/Passport/Security Clearance: The candidate must be a US citizen and have a minimum of a SECRET level clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance. Responsibilities: Ability to comprehend project plans and complex construction related schedules. Ability to review construction related bill of materials. Ability to perform data entry into purchase requisition system. Ability to track and report on the status of material requisitions. Ability to track and report on the status of shipments. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Ability to monitor and report on construction project schedules. Ability to complete required reporting and project documentation. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform standard warehouse tasks including lifting and moving up to 45lbs Education/Experience High school/GED, (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or at least 4 years equivalent experience CMMS experience ILMS experience Logistics experience Warehouse operations experience Travel 0%- 25% to high threat posts as needed Security Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
