HR Assistant

The Senior Company

Overview Location: Totowa, NJ Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm Position Type: In-Office Summary: This position aims to support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, employee support, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and systems Support hiring and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Maintain accurate employee records, including compliance, verifications, and employee status updates Track and document employee attendance, feedback, and workplace concerns Collaborate across departments to support daily HR operations and improve processes Assist with additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma required; Associate’s or 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally Comfortable learning and using a variety of different computer systems and software platforms Basic understanding of day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks Benefits: Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) 401 (k) retirement plan Health, Vision, & Dental insurance Paid holidays Summer Fridays Travel and Entertainment Discount Opportunities Employee Purchasing Power Program Ready to Join Us?
