Job Description

IGL4US is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for customers, helping address questions, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction reflects the high level of service expected from IGL4US.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, approachable, and comfortable communicating with different types of customers in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Help create a positive and welcoming customer experience.
• Support daily customer service operations and other related responsibilities as needed.
