Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as an important point of contact for our customers and participants. You will assist with questions, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and help ensure every interaction with Skillbridge Academy is professional, efficient, and supportive.

You will work closely with internal teams while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information about programs, services, processes, and available resources.
• Assist customers with resolving concerns and identifying appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
