Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare certificates of insurance and certificate holder updates as required Order and process scheduled loss runs and on‑demand loss run requests Process direct bill and agency bill endorsements and audits Provide quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers Prepare policy binders for delivery to clients Maintain an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required Provide receptionist support when needed Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements 1–2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred Superior customer service and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems Self‑starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License for required state/s Required Travel: Negligible Required Education: High school or equivalent Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Hub International Limited is an equal‑opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
