Director Of Human Resources

LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing global manufacturing organization to identify a Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and operations across multiple domestic and international locations. Responsibilities Serve as the senior HR leader for a multi-site manufacturing operation across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico Lead all areas of Human Resources including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, benefits, compliance, payroll oversight, and workforce planning Partner with executive leadership and plant management to drive business objectives and organizational effectiveness Oversee and develop an HR team supporting multiple facilities Provide HR leadership and support for manufacturing operations in Mexico, including oversight of local HR leadership Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and performance management initiatives Serve as a visible and approachable business partner throughout the organization Manage complex employee relations matters and provide coaching to leaders across the business Ensure HR policies, practices, and compliance standards are aligned across all locations Requirements 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience Proven multi-site HR leadership experience required Manufacturing industry experience required Experience supporting manufacturing plants in Mexico strongly preferred Strong background leading all functional areas of Human Resources Demonstrated success in employee relations and conflict resolution Experience developing talent and building high-performing teams Executive presence with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred Travel & Work Environment Fully onsite in Prattville, Alabama Approximately 25% travel Regular travel to Mexico and Canada Open to candidates willing to relocate to the Prattville, AL area Compensation $160,000 - $175,000+ base salary and eligibility to earn discretionary bonus Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO and 401k Relocation assistance available LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
