Job Profile The bank is hiring a Retail Training Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for all retail employees. Ensures staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service, understand new products, and comply with operational standards. Develop and maintain training manuals and materials to support ongoing learning and development. Education Level Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field. Work Experience 3+ years of experience in retail training or employee development Experience with LMS platforms and training software (a plus) Experience in a community banking environment (preferred) Duties / Responsibilities Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps. Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training for new and existing employees. Create, update, and distribute training manuals, guides, and e-learning content. Develop and execute training strategies for all retail staff across branches. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Provide training on new products, services, and system updates. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in retail training and development. Support cross-training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility and coverage. Leadership Develop and maintain a supportive relationship with branch and interdepartmental teammates. Enthusiastically support bank initiatives. Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development. Be growth-minded. Sales / Service Answer the telephone using MCB protocol. Warmly transfer calls when necessary. Consistently deliver unmatched service by executing the MCB PROMISE. Develop a deep knowledge of all bank products. Take the initiative to develop product knowledge. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Ability to travel to branch locations as needed. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of financial products and services. Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
