Position Overview The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with conveyor systems and excellent communication skills. A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform maintenance repairs with minimal supervision are essential. You will need to be focused, dependable, and ready to respond to emergencies as they arise. Work Schedule Most planned maintenance tasks will be performed during the first shift. However, you must be prepared for reactive or emergency tasks, which may occur during the second and third shifts. Willingness to be on-call for emergency repairs and availability for weekend shifts when needed is a must.
