Temp TA Coordinator Our client is a well-established organization seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support key people, operations, and administrative functions while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced team environment. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and employee documentation. Support recruitment efforts through interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management. Assist with employee experience initiatives, training programs, and HR processes. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy compliance. Partner with stakeholders to support daily HR operations and employee inquiries. Track HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide administrative support. Contribute to process improvements and special projects across HR and Talent Acquisition. The Successful Applicant A successful Temp TA Coordinator should have: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset and a collaborative approach. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in coordinating administrative, HR, recruiting, or talent operations processes. Comfortable working with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office applications, with strong technical aptitude. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a positive employee and candidate experience. Adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to process improvements and organizational success.
