Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical lab tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, play a role in training new staff or students, and assist in maintaining exemplary lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, secure working environment by adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health credential, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your hire date.
• Maintain your certification through continuous employment.
