Job Details Job Location: 567 Coleman Ave STE 30 - San Jose, CA 95110 Salary Range: $18.55 - $20.00 Hourly Full‑time & Part‑time Hourly + Sales Bonuses Work Location: In person Key Responsibilities Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment. Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes, and rebook guests to meet sale goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. What We’re Looking For Strong sales and guest service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets. Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
