Do you love sales, enjoy building relationships, and want to help families protect what matters most? The Patrick Johnson Agency is hiring a Customer Account Representative who will be the trusted advisor customers count on. In this role, you’ll:
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships
- Match customers with insurance solutions that fit their needs
- Help with policy applications, renewals, and coverage questions
- Provide quick, professional support and keep accurate records
- Enjoy sales and working with people
- Communicate clearly and stay positive
- Are detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Have a willingness to learn and grow
- Alabama P&C and Life & Health License (preferred/required)
- We can help the right applicant obtain licensing
