I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Agency Field Specialist, State Farm Team Member, and in banking. Those experiences helped shape my passion for helping people, developing others, and building strong customer relationships. I am a graduate of Florida State University and the United States Merchant Marine Academy. My wife and I have been married for more than 20 years, and we have three children. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling, coaching youth sports, and staying involved in the community. I also serve as a pastor at Glory Community Church and support several local organizations and outreach initiatives. Our agency is built on teamwork, accountability, and personal growth. We provide ongoing training, coaching, professional development opportunities, and participation in the Agent Aspirant Program for team members interested in agency ownership. I'm looking for someone who is hungry, humble, driven, and eager to grow. If you're looking for a supportive environment where hard work is recognized and growth is encouraged, we'd love to meet you. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trevor Butcher - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
