Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Calibrated MCS, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport to develop strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to review client progress, address stability, and discuss future appointments or discharge plans as necessary.
\n
• Creating, implementing, and continually monitoring personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation in compliance with clinical standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant client history and inform treatment methodologies.
\n
• Facilitating individual sessions weekly, adapting therapeutic approaches to best suit client needs and challenges.

• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure quality of care.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, sharing insights and strategies to support client recovery effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients who require therapeutic intervention for a variety of mental health challenges. As a clinician, you will work with these young individuals to foster resilience, develop coping skills, and enhance their overall emotional stability, ensuring that therapy is centered around their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric populations and/or individuals with substance abuse issues.

• Experience in both assessment and diagnosis, as well as individual and group therapy modalities.
