Senior Scientist position in In Vivo Pharmacology within the Neuroscience Therapeutic Research Center at Bristol Myers Squibb. Responsibilities
- Perform and direct in vivo pharmacology studies in mice with multiple dosing routes
- Analyze pharmacodynamic and efficacy readouts including expression profiling and neuropathology
- Develop novel assays and disease models as required for program needs
- Manage in vivo studies conducted through contract research organizations
- Serve as in vivo pharmacology lead on program teams and contribute to strategy
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Neuroscience or related life sciences field
- 2+ years academic or industry experience
- Extensive expertise in genetic medicines delivery across blood-brain barrier
- Proficiency in mouse dosing routes and CNS tissue collection
- Advanced molecular biology and immunohistochemical assay skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Compensation: $137,570 - $166,706
