Service Receptionist
The Helms Group is currently looking for a talented, self-motivated Service Receptionist to join our team. If you think you are ready to be a part of an exciting team, then we encourage you to read on.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls for the Service Department while providing basic information when needed
- Consistently respond to customer inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
- Schedule Service Appointments.
- Assist Service Advisors when needed to execute customer payments
- CDK knowledge preferred
- Create loaner contracts
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Able to clear a pre-employment background check
- Maintains a professional appearance
