MLR Content Operations Specialist

Job Title : MLR Content Operations Specialist (Part Time) Location : (REMOTE) Cambridge, Massachusetts (02138) Pay range : $48-50/hr on W2 (24hr/Week) Duration : 6+ months Key Responsibilities Coordinate MLR/CCC submissions, review cycles, approvals, and stakeholder communications. Ensure submission readiness, including annotations, references, screenshots, metadata, and supporting documentation. Manage promotional content throughout the development, review, approval, and publishing lifecycle. Support website migrations through content inventories, manuscript reviews, metadata validation, and approval workflows. Verify content accuracy and regulatory compliance across staging and production websites. Collaborate with Brand Marketing, agency partners, Medical/Legal/Regulatory reviewers, and Digital Operations teams. Track project timelines, resolve content readiness gaps, and maintain workflow documentation. Identify process improvements and support SOPs, templates, and reusable content strategies.
