Your Role

Directly reporting to the Supply Chain Manager of the site, your main mission is to organize production flows to deliver our clients on time while optimizing resources (materials, labor, means). You will also be responsible for organizing the site's supply flows to provide the necessary material and components for manufacturing. For this, you will have a team of 9 people under your responsibility.

What will be the scope of your activities?

• Supervise the availability of parts in the finished goods warehouse on time and in the agreed quantities to achieve the turnover (you will be responsible for the rate of customer service and the management of actions to improve it)
• Ensure the adequacy between load and capacity on known critical points and alert (machine on silver with the planning of presses and sometimes Labor)
• Contribute to the good level of stock of finished and semi-finished products in accordance with the strategy of logistics families and with the suppliers on the components
• Inform the commercial service of the deadlines and points of advancement on the difficulties
• Contribute to the company's policy, especially by optimizing costs
• Ensure the piloting of the procurement process in liaison with purchases and supplier quality assurance (general organization, working methods, relevant indicators) with the objective of operational excellence

Your profile to succeed in this new challenge?

• Graduated from a production management, production flow management, or logistics course at the Bac+5 level with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function
• Knowledge of internal and supplier flows (CBN / MRP; Open Orders, Smoothed Pulled Flows; Kanban...) will allow you to quickly understand the scope of intervention
• Mastery of English, Microsoft Office, and logistics information systems (SCM software - planning, scheduling - SILVER would be a plus)
• You have a sense of organization, rigor to plan all logistics activity
• You have the ability to negotiate to find realistic compromises between profitability constraints, customer requirements, and supplier proposals
• You have good managerial qualities to animate and coordinate the work of your team
