Epic Willow Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic WAM system, the full-time Epic Willow Analyst will work primarily remotely, focusing on analyzing workflows, building and testing interface solutions, and troubleshooting integration issues. Key responsibilities Investigate processes and analyze workflows to understand operations and user needs Develop, test, and deploy interface solutions while maintaining system configurations for efficiency and patient safety Troubleshoot integration issues, provide on-call support, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance software systems Required qualifications Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience required Epic Willow Ambulatory certification or accreditation required Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot supporting technologies Proven critical thinking skills and attention to detail
