divh2Enterprise Operations Manager/h2pA subsidiary of Integrative Emergency Services, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager who will be responsible for the independent oversight in managing key administrative functions and strategic planning for the enterprise. This role is responsible for standardizing and optimizing administrative business operations, in alignment with executive leaderships growth initiatives, while overseeing the financial health of the enterprise. Operational focus will be the surgical services space and supporting practices that can vary in specialty. As new practices are brought in, will be responsible for triggering and overseeing the processes required, including interdepartmental coordination with legal, credentialing enrollment, RCM, IT, etc. Work will be based at Corporate office in North Dallas, 75244 with periodic local travel./ph3Essential Duties And Responsibilities/h3ulliPartner with executive leadership on strategic operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy for business operations./liliIdentify and communicate operational performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership./liliLead special projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness, process improvement, and data reporting./liliImplement and oversee the refinement and standardization of provider contact agreements in alignment with employment structures and compensations models that support fiscal responsibility./liliCollaborate with finance, analytics and revenue cycle teams for preparedness of Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), supporting monitoring and reporting of financial health and AR trends across the enterprise./liliMonitor and support end-to-end workflows that span multiple departments, ensuring operational requirements, timelines, and service expectations are met./liliDrive adoption, training, and optimization of technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and staff productivity to support scalability of growth initiatives./liliDevelop and define compliance policies and standard operating procedures in partnership with operations, legal and compliance teams./liliPartner with department leaders to align processes, responsibilities, and operational performance standards across the network./liliServe as a central point of contact for interdepartmental coordination, proactively identifying gaps, dependencies, and process breakdowns that impact operational and financial performance./liliLead cross-functional collaboration with internal billing managers to evaluate provider documentation trends and proactively address downstream financial and compliance risks./liliIdentify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring consistent application of regulatory standards./liliDevelop and oversee continuous marketing enhancements of the networks visual representation./liliProvide strategic leadership and oversight of enterprise growth initiatives, ensuring operational scalability, alignment with organizational objectives, and long-term sustainability./liliLead the development, documentation, and maintenance of standardized administrative workflows that promote consistency and operational efficiency across departments./liliServe as an escalation point for administrative operational issues that require cross-department collaboration or leadership intervention./liliProvide direct supervision and guidance to assigned administrative support staff./liliSupport onboarding, training and performance development of network administrative team members./liliConduct routine performance reviews to ensure accountability, alignment with operational goals and professional development./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pKnowledge, Skills, Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
