In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and play a key part in advancing operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to a culture focused on growth and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update order and inventory data in internal systems
• Generate weekly reports using Excel while validating data for accuracy
• Communicate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve basic order or inventory issues
• Streamline data entry processes by organizing spreadsheets and standardizing formats to improve efficiency and reduce errors
• Support team members with basic administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required, Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• 3-6 months' experience in an administrative, warehouse, or office support role is a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, simple formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Comfortable communicating with team members in a fast-paced environment
