They ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and support clinical workflows by creating, editing and managing the paper medical record forms. The role is tasked with developing, updating and standardizing forms to ensure they meet clinical, legal and accreditation requirements.**Department Specific Job Details:**Hybrid position located in Dayton, OHMonday-Friday8am-5pm (flexible)**Required Qualifications** **Education*** High school diploma or GED**Experience*** 1-2 years in medical office or healthcare environment**Skills and Competencies*** Excellent verbal and written communication and customer Service skills.* Computer knowledge, experience with Word, Excel and Adobe.* Familiar with medical terminology and medical records to identify medical record form content.*Preferred Qualifications** Associates degree in healthcare related field.* 3 years previous experience in HIM.* RHIT or RHIA credentials* Experience with forms design and editing, applying barcodes and modifying pdf files.### About Us**At Dayton Children's, we believe that each moment counts with our patients, families, and with each other.****We are moving at a fast pace and are looking for the right talent for our team at Dayton Children's.
