Morning starts with your first residential call. The homeowner mentions uneven temperatures. You methodically trace the issue—airflow imbalance—using specialized diagnostic tools to validate your hunch. You log details and next steps in the Service Titan platform and head out.

By mid-day, you pivot from a traditional forced-air system to a steam or hot-water setup, then on to a ductless system. An oil-fired unit in the afternoon, followed by a high-velocity or geothermal check, keeps your skills sharp. Throughout the day, you explain options that improve comfort, indoor air & water quality, efficiency, and safety—clear, friendly, and effective communication every time.

Your truck stays organized and stocked so you can complete flat-rate repairs on the spot. You lend a hand to a junior service technician—coaching, sharing best practices, and reinforcing high standards. You wrap up by following all AHHS administrative and service processes so the team has everything they need for seamless follow-through.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through precise, efficient service and strong, clear communication
• Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential equipment: traditional forced-air, steam and hot-water systems, oil-fired, high-velocity, geothermal, ductless, and more
• Use specialized diagnostic tools to solve airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges
• Keep required truck inventory organized to complete all flat-rate repairs
• Educate homeowners on ways to improve comfort, air & water quality, efficiency, and safety
• Support the growth of junior service technicians
• Follow all AHHS systems and administrative procedures related to the service department
• Utilize Service Titan platform

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
• Proficiency across all core HVAC functions
• Valid driver’s license
