Marketing Events Coordinator

Supporting the planning and execution of high-impact marketing events, the full-time Marketing Events Coordinator will manage event logistics, coordinate promotional efforts, and assist with post-event reporting and analytics to drive engagement and generate leads. Key responsibilities Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including venue sourcing, registration setup, and promotional items Draft and manage attendee communications, ensuring accurate messaging and registration details Collect and organize event performance data to support post-event analysis and reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality Management 1-2 years of professional experience in a marketing or event coordination role Experience supporting B2B events, webinars, or tradeshows, preferably in tech or public sector markets Work experience managing budgets and vendors Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, event platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
