Marketing Events Coordinator

To support a growing event calendar, the part-time Contract Marketing Events Coordinator will manage logistics for in-person and virtual conferences, maintain master timelines, and facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate attendance logistics and registrations for various conferences and events Maintain the master event calendar and monitor operational milestones across concurrent programs Serve as the primary operational point of contact for cross-functional teams and external vendors Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience coordinating conferences or similar operational calendar management Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or non-profit sectors is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools like Jira or Monday.com Familiarity with virtual event logistics and digital program coordination Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
