Key responsibilities Track key dates, deadlines, and vendor requirements for events while managing logistics and materials Coordinate with vendors on quotes, timelines, and shipping, while providing day-of support as needed Maintain internal documentation, including checklists and timelines, to ensure organized event execution Required qualifications Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, or event production Ability to manage tactical event details independently and proactively address issues Experience coordinating vendors and managing contracts, invoices, and payment statuses Proficiency in using Canva for template updates and basic file preparation Strong organizational skills with familiarity in project management tools and spreadsheets
