Compensation Package Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. Relocation: Open to considering relocation for the right candidate. Equipment: Provided for hybrid work setup. Responsibilities Manage a tailored book of business, including generalist accounts and carriers such as Builders Mutual, Cincinnati, Auto-Owners, and Selective. Handle accounts across various industries, including construction, contractors, and retail businesses. Provide end-to-end service, including renewals, quoting, marketing, and policy management. Quote and market new and renewal business, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet departmental goals. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management. Preferred: 5+ years of experience managing accounts with premiums of $100,000 or more. Software Proficiency: Applied EPIC experience is highly preferred. Soft Skills: Well-spoken, articulate, and polished. Confident and personable with strong interpersonal skills. Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
