We are looking for a hunter who can open and close new logos independently, and who wants to build and lead a team as the region scales. This is a true player-coach track: you carry a number from day one, and you earn the org around you.What you'll doOwn new logo acquisition and revenue targets across East Coast BFSI, with emphasis on Insurance, Payments and Fintech.Run the full cycle — prospecting, qualification, solution shaping with delivery and pre-sales, commercials, negotiation and close.Sell services across Quality Engineering, AI/LLM Evaluation, Performance Engineering, Observability and SRE, framed in the buyer's language: risk, uptime, release velocity, cost per transaction.Build relationships at CIO, CTO, VP/SVP Engineering and Head of Quality level, and navigate procurement.Grow accounts beyond the first deal — land, expand, and build multi-year annuity revenue.Maintain a disciplined pipeline and an accurate forecast in CRM.Partner with marketing, alliances and delivery on GTM plays and account-based campaigns.As the region grows, hire and lead a small sales team — from carrying a quota to owning one.What you bring8+ years in B2B services or technology sales, with a consistent record of exceeding new-business quota.Direct US BFSI selling experience; deep exposure to Insurance, Payments or Fintech preferred.Background selling engineering or IT services — ideally Quality Engineering, test automation, Performance Engineering, Observability, SRE or AI evaluation and assurance.Comfort with a consultative, multi-stakeholder sale and deal cycles of three to nine months.Credibility with technical buyers — you can talk pipelines, latency and reliability without a solution architect in the room.An existing network across East Coast financial services is a significant advantage.Bachelor's degree (MBA welcome, not required) and willingness to travel across the region.Nice to haveExperience selling in an offshore / global delivery model.Familiarity with AI evaluation, model governance or responsible-AI assurance as a service line.Exposure to regulated environments and the compliance concerns that shape BFSI buying.Why this roleIndividual-contributor autonomy, an established delivery organization behind you, and a defined runway to leadership. xhyhwjd The first team in the region will be the one you build.
